Diets Don't Work

As the name of Adam’s company implies, these results are not achieved through diet alone. Adam makes his clients work hard to achieve their goals. And this workout is no exception.
Adam explains that he has combined German Volume Training with Tabata HIIT training to create a workout so intense and challenging that his clients refer to it as the “timer of doom”. It is based on supersets pairing strength and endurance exercises, performed in intervals of 20 seconds work and 10 seconds rest. The workout is structured into “pods”, Each pod contains two superset pairs, with a one minute rest interval in the middle and a two minute rest interval at the end, making a single pod last for 11 excruciating minutes.
In a typical session, Adam expects his client to complete four pods, which is a total of 44 minutes. If you think you have what it takes to beat the Timer of Doom, be our guests. You’ll need a kettlebell, barbell, bench and medicine ball to complete this workout, and time is of the essence, so it is best done in a quiet gym. Good luck!
